Wachau Region, Wien

We took off from Linz around noon and headed for Vienna. Along the way we were to stop and have dinner with Eva's brother Ernst and his girlfriend Mary in the Wachau Region which runs along the Danube between Linz and Wien. It was a nice Italian dinner near the town where Mary lives.

We got into Vienna at nightfall, dropped off our stuff at Eva's Aunt Eva's house, and headed out. The first stop was the home of Eva's friend Rafi (and his girlfriend Eva). They have a great place decked out in Ikea furniture and musical equipment, it was not a very long visit but quite pleasant so I hope to see them again sometime. Next we met another of Eva's friends, Barbara and her boyfriend Igor, at The Blue Box and proceded to do some bar-hopping: we went to The Roxy, Flex, Rhiz and B72. We stayed out pretty late but had a good time. There was a very cool three piece drum and bass sort of band playing at B72 called Paloma. After a bit we realized that they were the same band that was playing upstairs at the bar in Linz two nights ago. They were following us!

IMPORTANT: If you are not sure you can play MP3 audio files then try playing this song first because it is very small and the others are quite big. No sense wasting download time if you can't play it!
