Playing with a b and m seem the most intersting so far. Start off by changing m. You can type in values directly and use the Calculate button or just use the sliders to the right.

I screwed up my first attempt at translating the formula into cartesian coordinates, but then my friend Jeff found some C code online that implemented it here and I was able to get that working (see bottom of that page).

The zip file contains a jar file. You can run the program locally (not in web browser) by using the command 'java -jar superformula.jar'.
